• Departmental libraries have been established with adequate number of books for the benefit of students and faculty members.
• Digital Library using open source software (Greenstone)
• Bar-Coded technology speeds up the transaction (Issue/Return and Renewal System)
• Access to e-resources (Online and Offline)
• Other infrastructural facilities like tables, new arrivals display rack, book rack, periodical display racks, newspaper display racks and notice boards
• Around 164 video lectures delivered by PSNACET faculty member is added in the digital library.
• The number of Library tokens has been increased up to 10.
• A copy of the library layout us displayed on the notice boards along with the rules and regulations of the library.
• Sign boards are displayed at significant positions for the benefit of the users
• Display sheets clearly mentioning the subject classification enable the users to access the books stacked in the library
• Each and every rack in the library has been given subject classification indicators.
• Fire extinguishers are available in the library.
• The librarian and other library staff personally attend the needs of physically challenged user.
• The library staff gives the guidance on the collection available in the library to the users.
• The user can do the title-wise, author-wise, edition wise and publisher wise searching and also can reserve the required books from the library OPAC.
• The library is fully automated using the library management software developed our college students. It has all necessary modules required for running the library most effectively.
• Computers in the digital library were upgraded.
• Reprography facilities have been enhanced.
• More cupboards, almirahs and other articles of furniture were added.
• Reference books, new arrivals, Display books, Journals, Back volumes and non book materials will be issued for overnight.
• Mandating E journals recommended by AICTE approval process hand book 2013-2014 have been subscribed.
• Exclusive digital library website has been created for PSNACET library in the local area network (LAN) http://192.168.10.5.
• NPTEL videos can be viewed in INTRANET.
• Sufficient numbers of books and journals have been purchased to fulfill the AICTE norms.

Working Hours:

The Library is working from 8.30 AM to 8.00 PM on weekdays and 9.00 AM to 4.30 PM on Sundays. Book transactions will be entertained from 9.00 AM to 5.30 PM.
